You are entitled to a productive, happy life
Your body and your brain may not have evolved for repetitive, routine office work, staring at screens all day. Still, you can live a rich life and have a successful career. Understanding and managing your ADHD can help take you there. That is what my coaching is all about.
YOU SHOULD GET AN ADHD DIAGNOSIS FROM A MEDICAL EXPERT
A thorough physical and psychological check-up is essential
ADHD symptoms can be caused by a range of medical conditions. It is also often accompanied by mental illnesses, such as depression or severe anxiety. These must be treated by specialists. I expect you to discuss these issues with medical experts.
YOU ARE NOT YOUR ADHD
ADHD is neither an excuse, nor a badge
You are a complex and talented human being with many strengths and resources. ADHD need not define you. Still, it is your responsibility to understand and manage your ADHD symptoms where they cause problems with others or suffering in yourself. I will challenge you and not allow you to wallow in self-pity. I will help you be firm, but kind to yourself.
MY COACHING WILL COMPLEMENT OTHER ADHD TREATMENTS
Where others give you a crutch, I will help you walk to your destination
For many persons suffering severely from ADHD, medication is an effective treatment for ADHD symptoms. I will complement this treatment, or other evidence-based alternative treatments and interventions that you choose, by helping you integrate these into your life.
MY COACHING IS ABOUT YOUR FUTURE
I will help you move forward on specific problems
Together, we will identify specific areas where ADHD creates problems or negative patterns in your life. We will then look for tools and workarounds that allow you to solve these challenges. This is where my experience with ADHD comes in.

Again: you are entitled to a productive, happy life.
Together we will explore your strengths and talents. We will question the beliefs that hold you back and disrupt negative patterns. We will develop a vision and a plan for the kind of life that you want to live.
As you grow your understanding of your ADHD related issues and practice the skills and routines we have developed, you will become more confident and optimistic about your future.
